If you wish to change this and see the site in another language that is offered then you can do that once you're logged in. Click on the “Account Settings” tab and then choose another language which is your fourth choice in the list.

If you wish to change the language to US English click on the “Account Settings” tab and then choose "English" which is one of the choices in the fourth drop-down list on that page.
